The benches at Roots, in bloom

You will find the largest selection in the Yakima area of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees at 6710 Tieton Dr., and these photos are from our own benches. Spring brings tulips, hyacinth, daffodils, pansies and primroses. Early spring perennials include Heather, Rhododendron, Primroses and Sedums. By summer it is geraniums and pansies with sweet potato vines, petunias and million bells, begonias and impatiens, salvia and lavender.

Past the flowers you will see shrubs, the Oriental Spirals and Ornamental Pom Poms that stand at the door, the pottery barn, the seed rack and the yard. Bryan and Cheryl committed to stocking a large and varied selection of trees, and Tony, Jason and Bryan will help you pick one. Stock changes with the season, so call before you drive over for something particular.
